Archive Revival

Introducing a captivating fusion of history and fashion, my final project showcases a collection of bags that embody the essence of trend recycling. Drawing inspiration from the Arts and Crafts (c.1850-1916) and Art Nouveau (c. 1883-1914) periods, as well as the elegant and vibrant styles of the 1950s and 60s, these bags serve as a 21st century retrospective.

With quirky designs and sculptured handles, each piece represents simplified shapes derived from art history, breathing new life into the revival of the past. Embracing the principles of recycling and renewing, this collection showcases the power of reclaiming historical influences and integrating them into the contemporary world of fashion.
